Yva calculates two health indices for employee groups.

Yva health index (active)

Yva health index (active) is an indicator that shows how much more positive responses to engagement questions are in the team than negative ones. For example, if more than half of the answers to engagement questions in the company are positive, then the health index on active data will be more than 50. If more than half are negative - less than 50.

This metric is calculated using the formula:

(% positive responses - % negative responses +100%) * 100 / 2

All questions related to Employee experience are taken into account, but questions related to Employee efficiency are not.

If less than 5 responses were given in total, the metric is not calculated.

Positive answers are considered to be answers from 7 to 10, negative - from 0 to 3.

In the Reports API, metric can be returned:

Yva health index (passive)

Yva health index (passive) is an indicator showing how much more employees without signs of burnout are in the team than employees at the late stage of burnout. For example, if more than half of the company's employees are in the "Green zone", then the health index on passive data will be more than 50. If more than half of the employees are in the "Red zone" - less than 50.

This metric is calculated using the formula:

(% of employees without signs of burnout - % of employees in the late stage of burnout +100%) * 100 / 2

Employees for whom Yva has not yet determined the burnout stage are not taken into account.

If less than 5 employees are included in the calculation, the metric is not calculated
