Yva.ai conducts the initial check of each contractor and employee according to the ISO / IEC 27001:2013. To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Yva signs Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all sub-processors.
Data centres and international data transfers
Yva Cloud Services accessible through the domain name wus.yva.app is hosted in the United States by Microsoft Azure.
The mechanism of cross-border data transfer complies with the requirements of Chapter 5 of the GDPR "Transfers of personal data to third countries or international organizations".
