Use this method if you need to remove no more than 15 people from the system.
Step 1: Go to the page "Administration" → "Manage users".
Step 2: In the search bar, enter the name of the employee you want to remove from the platform
Step 3: Uncheck the boxes next to this employee in the columns
collect passive data,
send surveys,
collect 360 feedback,
send all baseline questions.
If you don't have any of these columns displayed, click "Select Columns" and select all the columns listed above to display.
Using a CSV file.
Use it if you need to remove more than 15 people from the system.
Step 1: Go to the page "Administration" → "Manage users".
Click "Update via file".
Click "Download CSV Template".
The template will include all users, as well as their attributes and settings.
Step 3: Make changes to the attributes and settings of users in the downloaded file, by putting False to each of the following fields for users you want to delete.
collect passive data,
send surveys,
collect 360 feedback,
send all baseline questions.
Save the file. Use UTF-8 encoding.
Step 4: After clicking the "Update" button, the file will be checked for errors. If it does not contain errors, then the attributes and user settings will be updated.
Otherwise, you will receive a report with a list of errors to fix. Fix the errors and upload the file again.
