Question responses

Yva Reports API allows you to get extended information on responses to smart surveys.

For each question to which 5 or more answers were given in a specific group of employees, Yva.The AI calculates metrics:

• Number of answers to the question,

• The percentage of positive responses to the question,

• The number of positive answers to the question,

• The proportion of neutral answers to the question,

• The number of neutral answers to the question,

• The percentage of negative responses to the question,

• The number of negative answers to the question.

Positive answers are considered to be answers from 7 to 10.

Neutral answers are considered to be answers from 4 to 6.

Negative answers are considered answers from 0 to 3.

The "Skip" option does not affect the calculation of the metric.
