For each group, Yva calculates the number of respondents, that is, employees who took part in smart surveys. These metrics can be obtained by a request to the Reports API and they are calculated for each engagement question to which 5 or more answers were given:
Number of respondents for the question,
Number of employees respond positively to the question,
Number of employees respond neutrally to the question,
Number of employees respond negatively to the question.
Positive answers are considered to be answers from 7 to 10.
Neutral answers are considered to be answers from 4 to 6.
Negative answers are considered answers from 0 to 3.
The "Skip" option does not affect the calculation of the metric.
