For each group, Yva calculates the number and percentage of employees at each of the burnout stages. The metric data can be obtained by a request in the Reports API and they are calculated for each group.
Metrics:
The percentage of employees at the late stage of burnout,
The number of employees at the late stage of burnout,
The percentage of employees at the early stage of burnout,
The number of employees at the early stage of burnout,
The percentage of employees without signs of burnout,
The number of employees without signs of burnout,
The percentage of employees with insufficient data,
The number of employees with insufficient data.
Metrics are calculated on the end date of the last completed week of the period selected in the request.
