Number of connected users

The Number of connected users is the total number of unique users connected to Yva via corporate sources, HCM API, or manually added.

In Yva we distinguish three types of connected employees, depending on whether the client uses active and/or passive analytics.

Number of connected users - the number of connected users in the group

Number of employees receiving surveys - the number of users connected to smart surveys for the week of the report (there is a check mark "Send surveys").

Number of employees connected to passive data collection - the number of users connected to the collection of passive data (there is a check mark "Collect passive data").

In the Reports API, metrics can be returned:

• Get information about all groups in team

• Get active metrics of all groups in team
