Yva allows companies to define three types of NPS:

  • Employee NPS,

  • Manager NPS,

  • Product NPS.

Employee NPS

The Employee NPS is calculated based on the question:

  • I would recommend our company as a good place to work.

The index is calculated as the percentage of positive responses minus the percentage of negative responses to this question. The "Skip" option does not affect the calculation of the metric.

Positive answers are considered to be answers from 9 to 10.

Negative answers are considered answers from 0 to 6.

If less than 5 answers were given to the question, the index is not calculated.

In the Reports API the metric can be returned:

Manager NPS

The Manager NPS is calculated based on the question:

  • I'd recommend my manager to my colleagues.

The index is calculated as the percentage of positive responses minus the percentage of negative responses to this question. The "Skip" option does not affect the calculation of the metric.

Positive answers are considered to be answers from 9 to 10.

Negative answers are considered answers from 0 to 6.

If less than 5 answers were given to the question, the index is not calculated.
