Yva allows to analyze employee communication not only in the mail, but also in other sources of communication and collaboration:
The number of messages sent in chats,
The number of added reactions in chats,
The number of mentions of an employee in chats (one mention per message, that is, if an employee was mentioned two or more times in one message, the metric will increase only by +1),
Number of Jira Issue actions,
Number of Jira Comment actions,
Number of Jira Worklog actions,
The number of other actions (events that do not belong to the ones listed above).
